Also, are you doing the hero point events on Klaw, and using the points on the same Klaw? Hero points are per character, not account-wide. If it's because your skills now require 10 hero points each and you're only getting 1 point from every hero point event, you may want to join a HoT or PoF or EoD HP Train. It is always possible of course, it all depends on how much they assume is already gained from other expacs. If they are starting afresh, then it makes sense to add hero point to help unlock the elites. But it’s also a very small expac with only two maps. That’s not going to give many hero points. You can look out for them in the LFG. Your best way is to join a HP (Hero Point) train in any of the expansion maps.
